These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the InstaCans app and services. By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the InstaCans app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the app.

User Responsibilities
As a user of InstaCans, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the app.
• Use the app for legal and ethical purposes.
• Not engage in any behavior that could harm the app, its users, or its services.

Can Tossers and Green Riders
InstaCans allows users to become either Can Tossers (those who list cans for pickup) or Green Riders (those who collect recyclables for delivery). Both roles are subject to specific guidelines, including the obligation to ensure proper recycling practices and to respect local laws regarding waste disposal.

Payments
Payments to Green Riders are processed via the app, and users will receive a payment for each can collected and recycled. InstaCans reserves the right to modify payment rates at its discretion.

Limitation of Liability
InstaCans makes no guarantees regarding the amount of recycling or earnings users can expect. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to financial losses, resulting from the use of our app.

Termination
InstaCans reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violation of these Terms or for any unlawful or harmful behavior.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
